Kiara

Kiara (Wingfield) Snow is the founder and president of Wings Services, PLLC.

Kiara’s passion for working with children and their families became evident early in her life, as she always had a love for working with children, especially those with special needs. After graduating with a Bachelors of Science in Psychology from Washington State University (GO COUGS!), she began graduate school at the University of Washington where she received a Masters in Education.  Directly after, she became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and has been working with children and families ever since.  After gaining extensive hands-on experience by working through local agencies, Kiara decided to establish her own company, Wings Services, in order to more freely serve her clients and their unique needs.

Originally from Canada, Kiara moved to Bainbridge Island in elementary school and lived with her family aboard a sailboat.  She traveled extensively with her family during this time, but Washington was always her homeport.  She now lives in Magnolia with her husband, two sons and their black lab, Zoe!

Delaney

Delaney Pinion is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst originally from southeast Louisiana. She obtained her B.S. in Psychology from Louisiana State University in 2019 (Geaux Tigers!!!!). After graduation, Delaney moved to Dallas, Texas where she began her career in the field as a Registered Behavior Technician. She received her M.A. in Special Education with a focus in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University in 2022 and became board certified in October that same year. Delaney and her partner moved to Seattle in August 2022 and have been enjoying the beautiful sights and weather the PNW has to offer. In her spare time Delaney enjoys reading books, camping at state parks, and trying new restaurants. Delaney has experience working with children ages 15-months - 18 years. Delaney is passionate about promoting independence with daily living skills and using a behavior analytic approach to introduce novel foods and increase tolerance of sensory input from stimuli such as medical equipment.

Zoë

Zoë Devon is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). After graduating from Grand Valley State University with a bachelors of arts in psychology, she started working in a residential center serving children and adolescents with developmental disabilities and severe challenging behaviors. After spending a year there, she took a job as a behavior technician which was where her passion for applied behavior analysis (ABA) took off. She loved finding creative ways to build rapport with each child, problem solving new challenges, and celebrating each child’s success. She worked as a behavior technician for four years before moving to Seattle to attend the University of Washington for her masters in ABA. While working on her degree she completed her practicum in a developmental preschool, which allowed her to gain experience collaborating with school teams. She obtained her certification as a BCBA in November 2020 and has been working in that role ever since. Zoë values collaboration with families to ensure that each child’s goals are meaningful to them and that progress is demonstrated across different settings. She loves problems-solving each intervention to make sure it is a good match for the child and prioritizes teaching strategies that encourage independence and self-advocacy.
