Dr. Cory Duffield, PhD is a clinical psychologist specializing in neurodevelopmental assessments for children. Dr. Duffield has a longstanding connection to Wings Services, having previously worked with our team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) supporting children on the autism spectrum. We are thrilled to welcome her back to Wings in her new role as a clinical psychologist.

Dr. Duffield earned her PhD from Seattle Pacific University in August 2025 and completed specialized training through Seattle Children’s Hospital’s Specialized Neurodevelopmental Assessment and Consultation Service and the University of Washington Fetal Alcohol Syndrome Diagnostic & Prevention Network.

Dr. Duffield provides diagnostic evaluations for Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), intellectual disabilities, and other developmental concerns. Her approach is strengths-based, collaborative, and focused on helping families gain a clearer understanding of their child’s unique strengths, needs, and neurodevelopmental profile.

Evaluations include a comprehensive clinical interview and individualized assessment of cognitive, developmental, and behavioral functioning. Families receive clear diagnostic feedback, a detailed report, and practical, actionable recommendations designed to support their child’s everyday success at home, at school, and in the community.

If you are interested in learning more about Neurodevelopmental Diagnostic Evaluations or would like to explore whether an evaluation may be appropriate for your child, please contact us.
